Multiple ovarian cysts, experiencing a lot of pain (shoots through my back), nausea (vomited last night), difficulty urinating, abnormal bleeding (last period 7 weeks, clotting). been on ocella 2 years, doctor recommends iud. opinions? removal?

Cotninuous OCP: An IUD is not going to help prevent cysts or treat your PCOS, so that would not be my 1st choice for you. For PCOS, the best thing is to use an oral contraceptive pill (OCP) however it sounds like Ocella isn't working for you. You could try a different pill, or you could try taking this pill continuously (skipping the placebo weeks so that you skip your period).
