Cotninuous OCP: An IUD is not going to help prevent cysts or treat your PCOS, so that would not be my 1st choice for you. For PCOS, the best thing is to use an oral contraceptive pill (OCP) however it sounds like Ocella isn't working for you. You could try a different pill, or you could try taking this pill continuously (skipping the placebo weeks so that you skip your period).

At first this can : be normal. It can take up to two cycles/pill packs to fully regulate. A cyst should improve over 4 - 6 weeks, as well.
