May need surgery: It's possible that your other testicle will never undergo torsion but having had one with torsion does increase your risk; if treated within hours will not need removal but surgery can be done to prevent the other from torsion. Fortunately we have 2 and one is usually adequate for fertility and sexual function. Have Dr. check testosterone levels but herbs like Ashwagandha and Ginseng should help!
