Depend on the person: An otherwise normal healthy person who takes an Aleve twice a day on occasion, for pain treatment, and has no problems at that over-the-counter dosing, should be ok if she accidentally takes 4 Aleve in one day. She might take antacid a couple of times that day to prevent stomach upset... and not take any more Aleve for a day or two. If she has other meds or disorders, her primary doctor will help.
