No: You expel the medicine when you throw up (vomiting) after taking the medications, but usually not with loose bowel motions. Loose bowel motions might be at times caused by certain antibiotics.

If Azythromycin 2g single dose is immediately followed by bactrim 800+160 for 8 days (1 pill every 12h) don't side effects compound? For instance, if both mess with QT and/or cause diarrhea, having both doesn't increase risk of those side effects?
