Aspirin Overdose ?: This amount of Aspirin (total of 1300mg over 2 to 3 hours) will not cause any adverse effect in most cases. There is a small possibility that there maybe some stomach irritation. It may therefore be worthwhile to eat some food or take some antacid pills like 2 tablets of tums (calcium carbonate). Be careful in future not to take more medication than advised.

Depends: That amount for an average size adult is not likely to be a problem unless there is a pre existing allergy, bleeding condition or known ulcers or kidney disease. That plus a small size person or extremes in age can add to potential problems.
