Not needed: This is basically double the recommended dose in 4 hours, risk is bleeding and also risk to kidneys. This is not dose needing emergency care, but make sure you take no more for at least 8 hours and flush your system with plenty of water.

No: Unless you are allergic to Aspirin or took them with the intent to committ suicide. 325mg is typically the maximum single dose.
