Why would i be feeling chest pain, tenderness chest and breast area? i also have a tightness and anxious feeling that persists all day. ive have blood tests, ekg, x ray done. everything was normal. im extremely fatigued as well with neck pain?

COVID 19 screening is recommended. The tenderness may be related to musculoskeletal inflammation and NSAIDs and localized heat is usually effective, but please review with your physician. A breast self exam is suggested, relieve stress, stay well hydrated.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
