Don't worry but act!: This is fairly common- about 10-15% of people have it. Many enjoy good health but it increases risk of depression, anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain and fatty liver disease. Minimize alcohol, eat a healthy diet, don't smoke, exercise and take a multivitamin with the L-5-MTHF from of folate and methylcobalamin. No: Dr. Baker has given you good advice. We pathologists consider this a fringe lab, with these tests being ordered by lawyer-shy practitioners. The majority of folks are told their results are bad and are offered some pricey vitamins. If you are interested in this sort of thing, get under the care of an evidence-based holist instead.
