A member asked:

When you feel lazy and it's difficult to lift your arms (feels similar to fatigue), is this a physical or mental condition?

Lazy: If you are indeed lazy, then it is a "mental" thing. If you are not a lazy person normally, but just physically feel lazy and it is not normal to you, it may be a sign of a physical problem that may need to be evaluated.

Doubt laziness: Should cause you difficulty in raising your arms and i would think it is a physical problem rather then a mental condition until proven otherwise. Neuromuscular diseases need to be ruled out. It sounds as though you may want to start with your family physician or a neurologist and discuss these comaplaints.
