Get checked: Dizziness and weakness in both arms and fatigue has a long list of possible diagnosis. You need to be evaluated for viral and autoimmune causes, which need immediate attention. I recommend that you see a doctor that will run a panel of blood tests and some other studies to pin point. Besides good history gives us a better idea of what's going on.
