Normal: Each extraction site heals differently... no two are exactly the same. You can follow up with your surgeon to be sure everything is healing well.

Normal: The two sides were probably not absolute mirror impactions, requiring slightly different surgical technique on the two sides. If you are concerned contact your Surgeon for a post-operative examination visit.
