Not herpes: First, HSV infections almost always start at the exact site where the virus enters, i.e. sites of friction during sex -- in this case, your penis. A single sore of the scrotum is unlikely due to HSV. (OTOH, you refer to "genital sores" plural??? Most important, your IgG tests show for sure you do not have a newly acquired HSV infection, either HSV1 or 2. Discuss w/ your doc if symptoms continue.
