?: what do you mean by 'swollen humerus' ? did you feel the bone swollen? if so, better see your doctor, even if it returned back to normal, good luck

Swollen humerus: Was there trauma or overuse? Is there any pain either when touching or on motion? Then definitely. I would still recommend follow up as sometimes issues such as autoimmune conditions, Lyme can wax and wane so it is best to get it checked out.
