No: But do not expect any benefit. You have been swindled. Ketoprofen actually works, has no toxicity related to heart or kidney or BP. Sometimes irritated eyelids are ocular rosacea or eczema. See an eye DR for persisting symptoms.

Contraindications: Your pharmacist can be very helpful in questions like this. Since Similasan eye drops don't contain vasoconstrictors there should be no problem with affecting blood pressure or other organs as far as I can tell. Again, you can also check with your pharmacist who has more access to this type of information.
