A member asked:

I am a 13 year breast cancer survivor. now i have had a ct and pet scan. shows a mass in my abdomen and diffuse lymph nodes/one above collarbone.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get worked up: This can certainly be recurrent breast cancer -- it can reappear decades after the primary is resected and you are congratulated on being a "five year survivor without evidence of disease." It can also be a second tumor, or an infection, or something else altogether. Your physician will probably want to get tissue, perhaps first from the mass above your collarbone.
