Issue at hand: The most common cause of recurring chlamydia is re-exposure to an infected source. Another medication is a an alternative if you wish, but I would make sure any/all contacts have also been treated at the same time you are.The presence of symptoms also does not necessarily mean it is back if it was there to begin with. There are other germs that cause similar symptoms. Proper testing is important
