In dec 2018 my tsh was 5.72, ft4 was 1.4. bloodwork now shows tsh 2.97, ft4 1.2, anti tpo 673 and anti tg is 2. is this hashimoto's?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you do have thyroid disease and should consult an endocrinologist.
