"mgt": usually means management, i.e. what to do about the nodule(e.g. serial follow up, biopsy, etc...). One widely used management tool is from the Fleischner Society: https://radiology-universe.org/2017_Fleischner_Society_Pulmonary_Nodule_Follow-Up_New_Guidelines_Recommendations/
