Reaction to bandage?: After blood draw - most likley you had turnicket on arm and than area of needle puncture cleansed with alcohol or iodine desinfectat. Band aid is very common source of skin irritation and " bumps Like red leasions" . You may try to apply low dose Steroid cream on are of irritation or bendaryl lotion. Keep area on air and avodi any tape. For future watch out for adhesive allergy.
