Why some infectious diseases doesnt cause fever ? whats the mechanism behind it, and can you name 3 infectious diseases which are deadly but no fever?

Fever and infection: The body doesn't respond the same to all infections. There are many that usually don't cause fever, including HIV and hepatatis A, B and C. Other infections cause fever sometimes but not always -- tuberculosis, for example.
