More tests: This is a tough situation. The doctor might have to consider unusual and rare infections like tuberculosis, typhoid, chickengunia, and dengue fever. If you have been out of country in the recent past, please let your doctor know about it so they can test you for such infections. Occasionally, certain kinds of cancers can cause fever, so does hormonal problems. Talk to your doctor to test for these
