Sore throat in the morning, lhs shoulder blade is constantly in pain and burning, cough for no reason, occasional nose bleed. no clue what's wrong?

Need more info: This sounds as if it has the potential to be quite severe and warrants a full evaluation by a physician. Suggest you write down all symptoms, their timing and inter-relationships and go and see a doctor.
