Non allergic rhinits: This is called non allergic rhinitis. There is also an entity called "entopy" as opposed to "atopy". Atopy typically describes allergic patients. Entopy is used to describe pt with allergy symptoms but neg skin test. Interestingly, in these pt, in research settings their nasal secretions can be obtained and allergy antibody can be detected to common allergens.
