Hide them!: Soups, smoothies, sauces! if you take the healthier items and add them to your own sauces, smoothies and soups- you will find you will enjoy them more without realizing it! pizza sauce- tomatos and apples, - increase consistency, sweetens without addn of processed sugars or salts! cheeses such as parmesian- salty- add to the cheese/ mozz - and the favors will be fantastic- experiment and see.
