Get a 2nd opinion: Interventional cardiology is truly one of the miracles of modern medicine. There is obviously more to your story than the 99% circumflex occlusion and only an interventional cardiologist armed with all the facts can tell you if you have other options. Intervention is your best option so verify with another cardiologist and a heart surgeon that this path is unavailable. Then ask them that question.
