Mesenteric stranding: Probable Mesenteric stranding can be seen in infectious, inflammatory, malignant, or traumatic conditions.Fever? checked lipase(pancreatitis) ? procalcitonin ( infection)?, any signs of obstruction, ischemia, hernia or adhesions on CT? would call surgeon and let them know or go to ER w/ASAP. https://radiopaedia.org/articles/fat-stranding-summary-3
