Unclear: I would schedule a visit to get a better understanding of the mass located on your left kidney. This is an important issue to address before you look into a fertility evaluation. Irregular periods can indicate a lack of ovulation. Your obgyn can evaluate you for that after you finish the evaluation of the renal mass.
