A member asked:

My 2 year old son has roseola. i am 35+ weeks pregnant and havent had roseola. are there any risks to the pregnancy or baby?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Generally no: Chances are you may have had roseola in infancy and never had it labeled as many do. But if you get it this late in pregnancy it is not known to be a significant problem for the fetus. I have never heard of or seen a case in an adult, but the references I have think things should be okay.
