I am 40 years old expecting my fifth baby all four babies delivered normally ihave 23 wksof pregnancy my baby position is not ideal it is vertical ?

Confusing question: Babies are usually carried in a vertical position. Do you mean bottom first ? If so there is a chance that surgical delivery would be safer for a big baby. Yet you do have quite a while for baby to turn head down.
