ETD: can last longer , it can resolve spontaneously if the cause is gone, most commonly is chronic inflammation of the nasopharyngeal cavity, enlarged adenoids, .. Saline nasal washes and steroid nasal spray can help . If symptoms persist, a second look and repeat tympanometry may be needed, and different treatment may be in order, good luck
