Obviously some mixed: messages here: Regarding leg tingling, numbness, back pain...these symptoms are suspicious for lumbar nerve compression. Most useful evaluation would likely be evaluation by provider, careful physical exam to detect muscle weakness, probably followed by MRI imaging to localize possible site of nerve compression. "Muscle pain in my right arm" can be treated with rest, ice or heat, NSAID/ibuprofen.
