Muscle Targets: Bicep curls and Tricep exercises are specifically for building arm muscle. Sit ups and leg raises are for building six pack abs, but abs are also very dependent on BMI (how much fat you have in your body). You need a very low BMI to see your abdominal muscles. If you type "Ab work outs" and "Bicep and Tricep workouts" or "Arm workouts" into Google you should find plenty of examples
