I tore a tenden/ ligament in my ankle , how can i fix that and get better ?

Tendonitis: For the ankle from trauma, ice and rest and Alive for pain 2x/d is helpful. Podiatrist can be seen for wrap/boot as indicated/crutches to take pressure off of ankle. These events can take 6-8 weeks to heal and no running exercise/sports during the healing, stretching ok.
