Eat clean: Eat small meals (200-300 cal ) with lean protein, good fat and complex carb in a 40-20-40 % ratio 5-6 times per day with less carbs later in day. A you lose body fat you will see your abs. 6 pack abs is 80-90% diet and 10-20% workout.
