I get sharp pains in my abdomen after i eat any normal meal . i recently got incredible sharp pains on my lower left side of my hip .

IBS: Teenagers w. "sharp abdominal pain" & unilateral "hip pain" seeks etiology/medical treatment. If symptoms are more than transitory, a unifying dynamic might be pelvic soft tissue/ligament disorder. My experience: young persons w. injured & hypermobile sacroiliac joints often have IBS symptoms; from dysautonomia whereby parasympathetic nerves are impinged in region of proximate ventral SIJ sulcus.
