Any irritation can: bleed a little if rubbed. If you are sure that it is a stye, you can apply gentle pressure with a gauze to the bleeding area. If it stops with that, you can observe for further bleeding, in which case, I would recommend that she be seen by her doctor. If any increased redness, swelling, or pus occurs, she should also be seen.
