Yes,if it's draining: The plugged meibomian gland has like a buttery consistency when draining that could be light yellow if draining, which can cause inflammation all around it producing redness temporarily. Use the warm compresses to help it along and leave them on for at least 5-10 minutes with your eyes closed 4 times a day. Use lubricating drops of saline drops. See your eye doctor too!
