May want further evaluation: Unilateral (one sided) sensory or sensation issues may originate from an ‘insult’ to the brain, like a TIA(transient ischemic attack) or a type of stroke. Sometimes poor nutrition or mineral/vitamin deficiencies can affect nerves and sensation as well. A discussion and evaluation by your doctor to determine risks for each issue and/or exam findings may help determine the cause of your symptoms.
