Need more info: It is hard to tell what it might be. The sensory or feeling nerves are numerous in that area. The vein usually doesn't have any feeling. An artery that has inflammation could be involved, but that is usually older folks. We don't have your age to know. You can look up temporal arteritis and see if that fits as that is the worst it could be. Most likely it is normal as nerves "fire off".
