I am taking amoxicillin-cla-potassuim tablets 875/125mg and i have strep. i'm supposed to take 2 a day. will it still go away if i only take 1 a day?

Take prescribed dose: Take the prescribed dose please. It is possible the concentration of amoxicillin in your blood may not reach high enough levels to effectively eradicate the strep if you have been consistently taking just half the prescribed dose. If you miss a dose now and than that may be alright, but not consistently.
