Spots for 2 months-: Hard to say what these could be. Rashes and spots are rarely able to be diagnosed via text! Consider a second opinion consult with a dermatologist, and upload pictures before you do. Or see a doc there. Stop all meds you are using on your face, since they have not helped, and sometimes can even cause rashes . Clean your face with dilute unscented mild soap only. Use unscented sunscreen, as well
