A member asked:

Hi my endometrial complex measures at 5mm in thickness, is that normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Endometrium: If you are in your 20's to 40's, the thickness of your endometrium can be from 1-2 mm. to 5-6 mm. depending on the time of your cycle. This is a normal measurement. Measurements of over 10 mm. will need a biopsy to make certain normal cells are present, as that kind of hypertrophy can be abnormal.
