Depends on severity: There r grades of skin irritation caused by radiation reactions. Erythema and hyperpigmentation occur first with some itching. Can lead to desquamatiin/peeling, initially dry and can become wet & oozing. Initial changes are soothed with Hydrocortisone or aquaphor. Many products for intermediate redness and soreness. 4peeling/burn silvadene/tylenol.Hyperbaric oxygen tx for non healing wounds.

Several Creams: Lot's of creams are available for treatment of radiation dermatitis. If it's just red and irritated simple aloe or cocoa butter may help. More advanced dermatitis may require silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) or other types of cream. Ask your radiation doctor which they think is best.
