New issue=new eval: A kid with a new issue needs to be looked at as if they started over. This may or may not be related to the prior illness. Most kids have a number of viral infections every year and these are not related to or prevented by prior antibiotic use. If the kid maintains his normal activity level & feeding pattern you can monitor it for a while. If he acts sickly it is time for a visit.
