My left ear is still drumming despite finishing my sinus meds prescribed. i have continued with fexo 180 daily and the sinus sprays. in addition, i still feel weak and fatigued despite starting the iron tablets and lots of rest.

If you have ear: problems and you have finished your "sinus meds" which I assume is a decongestant and/or antibiotics, you may need to wait another 1-2 weeks and hopefully the fluid in your ears will continue to recede. You may get dizzy to from the fluid congestion in the ears. If you have more facial pain, fever or worsening mucus from your nose/ throat, then you need antibiotics for longer course.
