Hi, i am currently taking altosec for stomach discomfort, puricos for gout. had gout attack yesterday, took colchicine and cataflam this morning,now have severe stomach pain and diarrhea, what to do? can i take buscopan or drink milk?

? colchicine side: effects, and possibly the cataflam too, keep taking your PPI (Altosec) and you can try buscopan, if no improvement, see your doctor or go to urgent care, good luck
