Sinusitis: Your symptoms of sinusitis may be due to allergies or viruses, or more rarely, bacteria. Initial treatment can be relieved with a daily non-sedating antihistamine (such as Cetirizine). Additional relief can be found using nasal steroid sprays, such as Fluticasone, also available OTC in the U.S. If your symptoms persist >1mo, see a doctor, you may need antibiotics.
