Need to see ENT: If the primary issue is nasal airflow (also called nasal congestion), then it may not be your sinuses at all. It may be swelling of the membranes in your nose due to allergies. If you're getting infections requiring antibiotics, that may be a sinus problem. A good exam and a sinus ct scan should be able to determine the cause, and then a treatment plan may be made.
