"Reactive": is a term generally referring to lymph nodes REACTING to an inflammation or infection and not lymph nodes RELACED by tumors...HOWEVER you should be discussing the results of this CT IN DETAIL with the ordering physician and NOT be surprised if a Biopsy is suggested...Hope this is helpful!
