Irrational fears: These fears are irrational. Standard hygiene (washing hands after toilet, covering coughs, etc) is all you need to do to protect others from infections you may be carrying. Not taking such precautions, or otherwise spreading infections, breaks no laws. You're obviously a serious germophobe and definitely need to get mental health care to prevent more serious psychological disability. Good luck.
